Top 10 Vacation Rental Companies - Vacation rental industry is very varied between a simple list of sites for more vacation rental reservation service is strong, this list is intended to provide a quick view into this rapidly growing industry and to give the reader a basis for future research in this industry. We can not mention some of the most popular vacation rental site without mentioning the holding company that has them now can we? Although not a list of other sites among the thousands of sites list, AlwaysOnVacation not have a large enough database of property listings. 

6) VacationRentals411

One of the few larger sites that are not currently owned by HomeAway, VacationRentals411 other advertising sites that offer vacations all over the world. Not quite as visually appealing as some other sites mentioned still offer decent online support, and the owner of an extensive inventory. This website is a good place to look for quality holiday list. 

7) Zonder

Zonder is an interesting twist on the vacation rental industry. Currently a partner with Orbitz, serving the old hotel and airline reservation website, Zonder seems to be a solid choice for vacation renters. Visitors can book online and contact the owners who do not offer online booking. It will be interesting to see how long the business two-level approach will work, since many argue that it would only cause confusion as the industry gains popularity, but for now the Zonder is looking strong. 

8) FlipKey 

 One of the newer sites that have hit the vacation rental web, FlipKey offers a great user interface and the power of being part of Trip Advisor engine marketing. Perhaps one the cleanest and most visually interesting ads sites, FlipKey has hit the ground running and seems to get some serious influence on the industry. 

9) Holiday-tenant, Inc.

We call this little engine that could. Very outside shot at almost all levels, Holiday-tenant, Inc. has chosen to guerrilla-style approach when trying to attack the vacation rental market. They do this by offering the market a specific website that aims to achieve a high Google ranking and international markets. Although they do not have nearly the capital stock or operate behind them as the others, they do offer online booking and live telephone support with specific reservations market their Web sites and seems to have grown steadily over the last 5 years. 10) Rentalo  

Rentalo.com is a popular site list based system of pay-per-ad listing. Just like family HomeAway sites, Rentalo is a simple advertising site. They have a good reputation and currently offers a list of the world. Although this list can not do justice throughout the vacation rental industry is complete, it does provide an interesting mix of sizes and types of companies currently active in the market today. While it does appear that certain companies who clearly hold an advantage when it comes to investment dollars and the sheer size, there are some quality sites that offer different approaches to marketing short-term lease.
